Product Details: The Pooja plate is formed of a brass sheet that has been carved with Meenakari art that extends all the way around the plate. The plate's print pattern is a flower motif in green and gold, with the rest of it being red enamels. Meenakari art is well-known for its colorful enamel work on metal things. It is often used in bridal jewelry because the ornaments' engravings are covered with these Enamels. Ideal for storing pooja objects during Poojas or Pooja mandirs (in-house temples). Cleaning Instructions:  Brass is a mixture of copper and zinc metals. So after some time Brass reacts with open-air or oxygen and generally gets oxidized or tarnishes and might turn black or green. Here are some ways that might help you to maintain Brass products well.  

1. Pitambari Powder is the best and most traditional way to clean brass items. 
2. Vinegar with a combination of Salt can be applied and cleaned otherwise the brass product to be cleaned can be immersed in a solution of vinegar and salt in boiling water.  
3. Lemon and salt mixture can be rubbed to clean the product and salt can also be replaced with Baking Soda.
